So Amanda and I decided to try to better our lives toward the healthy side and do it together. After I talked with her about what I was doing we decided to be each others buddy and try to motivate one another. So far so good. I am getting her to try my walking dvds and she told me about a book that I ordered and am waiting on to come in.
Maybe with us doing it together it will be easier. The only problem is the distance between us! We decided we could make it work though if we put our minds to it. So we touch base over the phone 2-3 times a week to see how much weight the other has lost and exchange meal ideas.
So far so good!!
